After the greenhouse is just built, the steel pipes on the top are prone to loosening due to the pressure of the rolling shutter and insulation blanket. Faced with the above situation, many people will use wire fixation to solve the problem. However, the iron wire fixing the steel pipe will also frequently rub against the greenhouse film, greatly reducing the lifespan of the film and causing new problems. Is there a better solution?
We suggest covering all the steel pipes above the greenhouse columns with bamboo boards, which can effectively solve the contact between the east-west film and the tied steel wire, avoiding damage to the film.
Generally, after winding and tying the steel pipes, bamboo boards are laid with a width of 4-5 centimeters. When laying, a groove can be dug below the bamboo board, and the groove should be placed on the east-west steel wire. Generally, at least three grooves need to be dug on a bamboo board to ensure that it is fixed on the steel pipe without slipping.
Of course, to ensure stability, after laying the bamboo board, it should be tied with cloth strips. In addition, to prevent the bamboo board from wearing out the greenhouse film at both ends, a pair of worn-out socks or rubber sleeves can be placed on both ends of the bamboo board, which has a good effect.
The above method not only enhances the stability of the steel pipe greenhouse, but also greatly extends the service life of the film on the steel pipe greenhouse.
